Support Resources

If you or someone you know has experienced sexual misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or violence, you are not alone — and you do not have to navigate it alone.

The University of Arkansas – Fort Smith is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful campus environment. A wide range of confidential, medical, legal, academic, and emotional support services are available to help you recover, seek justice, and continue your education.

This page provides a directory of resources available on campus and in the Fort Smith region, including:

  • Confidential counseling and crisis support
  • Emergency and urgent medical care
  • Title IX reporting and safety planning
  • Academic and wellness support
  • Legal assistance and advocacy services

Some services are located on the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ campus, while trusted hospitals, clinics, and nonprofit organizations in the surrounding community offer others. Many are available 24 hours a day. If you are unsure where to begin, you can contact the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Title IX Office or the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Counseling Center, and they will guide you to the right support.
